About
Hi and welcome to my world!
Life gets overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time. In our work together, we slow things down, regulate your nervous system, and help you feel safe in your own body again. If you’re ready for grounded, trauma guided, compassionate support, I’m here. I work with heterosexual or LGBTQ individuals
Many people come to therapy carrying quiet burdens — the kind that don’t always show on the outside but feel heavy on the inside. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of navigating everything on your own, you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be met with compassion rather than judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma‑informed care. I help adults make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward clarity, steadiness, and self‑trust. You don’t need the “right words” or a perfect starting point. I offer support that feels safe, steady, and genuinely attuned to you.
