About
Often we face things in our lives that don't seem to make sense. We look around, and it appears that others have some ingredient that we lack, which makes life easier for them. We might muscle our way through and learn to function fairly well. But while we seem to have it together, we have things together, we feel empty, anxious, overwhelmed and alone.
Though we mask our feelings, they rise to the surface, impacting our lives today. We might sense that these feelings originate from unresolved pain, but be unsure about where or how to begin. I believe that engaging the stories of pain that shape us brings deep healing.
As a counselor who has journeyed through pain and found comfort and healing with wise counselors, I create space for you to heal and grow in your own story. I operate from a Christian worldview and integrate faith if desired, while also respecting your unique beliefs and perspective. I use various approaches and have been equipped through advanced trauma training to tailor therapy to your unique needs.
Whether you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief, neurodiversity, relationship issues, compulsive behaviors, or life transitions, I would love to know you and walk with you through the difficulties that life brings your way. Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we are a good fit.
