Hi, I’m Laura A. Jeanis, LCSW, LICSW, CCTP. I help hyper-independent, high-achieving women heal relational trauma, release chronic anxiety, and cultivate deep emotional safety through virtual Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and somatic therapy across FL, DC, and ME.

This empowers you to step out of fight-or-flight, honor boundaries, and build deeply connected relationships.
