About
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or major life changes can leave you feeling drained, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. You might find yourself overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling torn between cultural values and your own needs, or carrying stress that feels difficult to voice, even to those closest to you. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, process what you're experiencing, and begin creating meaningful change, without judgment, and without having to explain or justify your cultural context.
I have a special interest in working with South Asians navigating anxiety, family and relationship dynamics, cultural identity, grief, and life transitions, though I welcome clients of all backgrounds. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, a space to explore your thoughts and relationships at your own pace, with a therapist who understands.
Therapy should feel approachable, compassionate, and tailored to you — not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and understood. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, especially when mental health isn't always openly discussed — but it's one of the most empowering decisions you can make for yourself.
