About

If you’re struggling with intrusive or unwanted thoughts, constant rumination, reassurance seeking, or feeling like you can’t trust your own mind, therapy can help. I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns, including C-PTSD. You may find yourself caught in cycles of rumination, reassurance seeking, mental compulsions, perfectionism, or feeling constantly “on edge.” You may also struggle with hypervigilance, emotional dysregulation, guilt or shame, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting yourself and your own decisions.
My approach is trauma-informed and incorporates evidence-based strategies such as EFT, CBT, and DBT. Together, we can work toward understanding the patterns keeping you stuck, reducing the impact of intrusive thoughts and compulsions, building tolerance for uncertainty, and developing healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions and experiences.
You don’t have to feel completely “fixed” before you deserve support. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and build a greater sense of trust in yourself.
