About
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent a lot of time feeling misunderstood, judged, or like you need to have everything figured out before asking for help. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self—without having to shrink, mask, or defend who you are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming. I work with adults, couples, and relationships navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, grief, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people exploring kink, BDSM, consensual non-monogamy, and polyamory.
My work focuses on helping you understand the patterns that developed to protect you while exploring whether those patterns still serve you today. Depending on your needs, therapy may include trauma processing, EMDR, ERP-informed strategies, nervous-system regulation, communication work, or simply creating space to understand yourself more deeply.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer curiosity, clinical knowledge, perspective, and support while helping you strengthen self-trust and make choices aligned with your values.
Therapy doesn't have to be about becoming a different person. Sometimes it is about finally having the safety and support to become more fully yourself.
