I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, who approaches therapy with collaboration, compassion, and authenticity in mind. I help people who are struggling with ADHD, low self-esteem, people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries leading to resentment and bitterness, and feeling stuck in painful or unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, I can help you develop self-trust, strengthen self-esteem, prioritize your needs, establish healthy boundaries, and build the skills you need to move through difficult thoughts and feelings with greater flexibility, intention and awareness.
My goal is to help you break free from patterns that are holding you back, develop increased self-awareness, and live in alignment with your priorities. With a foundation in CBT, DBT and ACT, I offer a behavioral approach rooted in mindfulness, skill-building, inner knowledge and somatic movement using an insightful, collaborative and compassionate approach.
